Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management solution, which will give you full command over your e-mailbox accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate user interface, you can create a new email box in an instant and administer its settings easily. In addition, you can redirect e-mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, set up email filters, create auto-response messages and defend your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email accounts against junk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming email messages on the basis of certain rules set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and modify the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Just specify the e-mailbox you want to forward mails from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the email client of your choosing to access your e-mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you wish to set up on your personal computer or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple e-mail boxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will do everything else.
